Change your mind or just not your cup of tea?

Simply send your order back to us and we will issue you a refund!... Easy

(You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs).

How to Return:

  1. Email (with the email confirmation you received when you ordered) with the subject 'Returns' or 'Refund' stating you want to return your order.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email.

  4. We will email you once we have received your return and issue you a refund!

Return Shipping.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be a confirmation email.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable),

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 working days.

Cancelling Orders.

You have the right to cancel or amend any order before it has dispatched.

You also have the right to cancel or amend the order after dispatch, a refund will be issued on return of the cancelled order. You have 7 days to cancel the order after dispatch, please see the criteria in the 'Returns' section to be eligible for refund.

Late or missing refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:
